​Booking Your Stay​

Booking your stay at The Lodge Polgooth is simple. Check availability online, select your preferred dates and complete your reservation through our secure booking system.

We recommend booking directly through our website to receive the best available rate. Guests staying four nights or more can use code BOOKDIRECT to enjoy a 10% discount.​

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within six weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment can be made securely online using debit or credit card, or by contacting us directly to arrange payment via bank transfer or cheque.

​

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing all reservation details and arrival information.

During high season, arrival and departure days are typically Saturdays. If you require alternative travel dates, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your plans where possible.

Arrival & Departure

  • ​Check-in: Between 3:00pm and 7:00pm

  • Check-out: Between 7:00am and 10:00am
     

Arrival information and access details will be provided before your stay to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

What's Included

  • Bed linen, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels (please bring your own beach towels)
